"The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loudly for all to hear"
Buddy the Elf
In the last two days I have not sat down much. Yesterday, I was triple booked, not to mention the errands I had to run in between the triple booking. Christmas time is so busy. WHY? I wasn't really doing Christmas things yesterday, but there was so many people out. However, in all the hustle and bustle of the day, I was able to witness multiple counts of good cheer in my fellow shoppers...For example, I am not exaggerating one bit, when I tell you that everyone over 60 who saw Maggie stopped to talked to us. I enjoy exchanging kind words with strangers. Why don't we do this more often? I also enjoy knowing that my sweet Red, makes so many people smile. One time, recently, I let a complete stranger hold her b/c the lady was enjoying talking to her so much.
Any who, I digress. While I was using the self check out at BJ's (do not do this when you buy a lot of items, it makes me start perspire and drop things) a woman saw me with all of my stuff and offered to help me load my cart. She loaded the whole thing and said "God bless you" when she walked away. It left me speechless and smiling. When I realized she was walking away while I was just dreamily smiling at her I think I muttered a confused "God bless you too" back at her before she got too far away.
Later in the day, I saw a woman change lanes to hand a homeless man some cash. By this time I was convinced that even though people may not be filled with this much "do-goodness" all the year long, seeing examples of it all the day long made me want to join in the fun.
I started singing "it's the most wonderful time of the year" out of the window of my car while I drove to the next place I had to be. People were staring.
Okay, I didn't actually do that, but I started thinking about ways I could spread Christmas cheer all the year long.
Happy Sunday, I'm off to do some good.
Grace and Peace.

I hope your good deeds were appreciated.
I also hope that having me and Trevor descend on you a week before Christmas isn't going to be the cause of extra work. I promise not to look and see how much dust is lying around!
Oh don't worry, the dust will hopefully cleared or settled at least for the moment that you enter the house...as soon as the girls see you I'm sure it will take two seconds for them to destroy it all :)
Since we will be arriving quite late it will probably be Gus that gets the blame as the girls should both be fast asleep in their beds.
