You Just Can't Beat It

Dear Walt Disney,

Why would you do this to us?

Respectfully,
The Parents of Miss Liberty Jones

You're just going to have to ignore the runny nose in this picture
A few months ago, I was talking to my friend Erin, and I think I said something like "it would be over my dead body that my Little would be a die hard Disney princess fan."
Four months later and I am the one that is feeding the princess beast!  She was so excited though, and  you just can't help but enjoy seeing her that happy about all things Disney princess.  Even if in your heart you want her to like all wooden, cool, hip, natural toys, you can't  help but  feel a little bit of joy when in her most excited voice ever says "oh Mommy, I know what this is...."
Then dives right in and almost burst from the excitement.  It was one of the moments that makes parenthood so, so, so, so great.

Where do you think she learned that full mouth open face from?
Can't you just here the giggling and squealing from where you are.

Here's hoping that something in your life makes you feel this excited!

Grace and Peace
For the record, I'm still pregnant and that's all I'm, going to say about that...

Love the pictures of Libby and all her excitement! I can understand your feelings about the Princesses, been there...done that, but that road does come to an end (sort of). So enjoy the pink, the crowns, the endless songs, and the happily ever afters because this stage too goes way too fast! Love you. Hugs to all my family who are in Ashland, Va tonight!!!
P.S. Keep walking those steps and doing those hover squats! :)

Carly she looks so so excited in all these pictures - I can't wait to see all her new Disney Princess toys and watch Beauty and the Beast with her!

Me too, me too! Even though we held off for so long, she had these pajamas with little ballerinas on them, with crowns on their heads, and she started twirling...and singing...and then everything became a ballerina fairy princess...and then we got some movies...and now, it is all over! lol. But I love my little princess, and I think it will be okay :)

I love love love the picture of her jumping for joy! I have the mindset of embracing her princess desires for as long as they last, because I am sure when she is like 14! :)
