December 5

This picture is from December 4 two years ago.  Ah memories...that tiny baby who always held so still for me so that I could get a perfect shot every time.
This is what happened today when I tried to take pictures of her in her new red dress (which by the way makes her look about 17)

Mama:  Libby, can you just sit here on this big girl bed so I can take your picture
Libby:  I jumping, I jumping!

Mama:  Libby, sit here and show mama your big girl dress
Libby: Jump!  Jump!

Mama:  Libby can you tell mama about the princesses?  Santa Clause at the Big Fish (Bass Pro Shop)?  The Christmas tree, anything so you'll hold still?
Libby: I jumping, I jumping, I jump----ing!
(imagine a picture of her falling down here into a heap of giggles)

That pretty much ended our photo sessions for today.  My mom made me stop her from jumping on the bed b/c she is  convinced she is going to jump right out the bedroom window.

Here's to newborn babies who hold perfectly still for pictures, (we'll have one very soon), and little girls who make you laugh with every word that comes out of their mouth.

Grace and Peace
xoxo

Love the countdown. I found Sidney reading it earlier today! :) Isn't it hard to believe how fast 2 years can go? Before you know it, Libby and Maggie will be jumping on the bed together...neither one concerned about the picture you are trying to take. :) Love that little girl jumping on the bed, kind of makes me think of another little girl but she is all grown up and a mommy now! :) Lots of Love!!!

She looks so grown up in that dress - what a difference 2 years makes!
