I love this picture because I make this face all the time...the open mouth excited one that Libby is making.

Libby learning to read...she's very advanced

We love bows, but Babette always takes them off

Gus getting his presents and a sleeping baby

Gus devouring a bone

Gus devouring the box bearing his treats

Kevin was there I promise, he was busy capturing memories though.

I wish the Gillians were there with you!
Thanks for the comment!
Your daughter is so very sweet, and I love her name. I enjoyed your reflections on Mary, too. My oldest daughter was born about the same time of year as Liberty, and I remember that first Christmas with Millie being so eye-opening. Instead of glossing over Mary's part in Christ's birth, I felt a new kinship with her-- an understanding of mother to mother-- and the fact that Christ chose to come as a baby was more incredible than ever before.
Enjoy this season!
